Especially if there's a good story behind it. Taking 17 credits and working while in school shows ambition, realizing it was too much and putting health and sanity first shows the ability to course correct and prioritize.
I don't think one W on a transcript will be a problem. I had two on mine, I applied to three MBA programs and got into all three (including BYU). Granted, I didn't apply to Darden, Wharton, or Harvard - so perhaps it could play a role getting into a top 10 program, not sure.
