I really wouldn't count true big men as greatest players...They had huge impacts but really limited when talking about overall best basketball player. The only player that transcended all other players in my life was Jordan. He was the most dominant, best team leader/player, and just greatest winner in the game since 1980s. While dominating he also learned to use his supporting cast to make the team better. No one that played with him would have been a star on another team...to include Scotty. He didn't have to be on super team to win, looking at you Lebron. I see it as 3 tiers:
Tier 1
Jordan
Tier 2
Magic
Lebron
Tier 3
Everyone else
