These sort of lists never take into consideration a huge factor.
Namely, the surrounding talent. There have been so many great players who didn't benefit from having other greats around them during their prime. Jordan, Magic, Bird, Russell, and Steph each had a heckuva advantage that no team could concentrate on them solely during most of their careers. If I had to name the top two, it would be Jabbar and Wilt because they proved themselves on teams that otherwise were pretty ordinary. And anyone who watched the pre-injury Walton while the Blazers were at the top enjoyed one of the most unique weapons in NBA history.
