Decongestant: behind the counter Sudafed (pseudoephedrine), good during daytime
But keeps some people awake at night. For nights, chlorpheniramine is a mildly sedating decongestant. It’s also an antihistamine so may help with the watery eyes. Some people can handle it during the day without being too sedated, if Sudafed makes you too jittery.

The decongestant will help a lot with the sinus congestion and post nasal drip/cough

Take acetaminophen 1,000mg every 6 hours, and ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours, alternating at 3 hour intervals between them if you can so you have steady coverage without both wearing off at the same time

For cough use something like Mucinex DM that had dextromethorphan and guaifenesin both in it, I like the 12 hour version because then you only have to take it twice a day.

It’s a little more work that just taking DayQuil and NyQuil, but using these combos will work wonders for symptom improvement so you can be functional.
