Take acetaminophen 1,000mg every 6 hours, and ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours, alternating at 3 hour intervals between them if you can so you have steady coverage without both wearing off at the same time
For cough use something like Mucinex DM that had dextromethorphan and guaifenesin both in it, I like the 12 hour version because then you only have to take it twice a day.
It’s a little more work that just taking DayQuil and NyQuil, but using these combos will work wonders for symptom improvement so you can be functional.
