Vitamin C, Vitamin D, plenty of rest (if you can), keep warm, do stuff for the symptoms like steam tent, honey, Zicam, NiQuil, DayQuil, etc.
But I swear nothing is a magic bullet other than trying to act like you're fine and the more you tell yourself that the more it tends to work. If I feel sorry for myself I swear it's worse. If you act like it can't keep you down (within reason) then you can still generally get plenty done during the day and feel pretty good.
Watch funny shows as laughter is medicine, but ultimately it's going to hang out for just under 2 weeks and the last week you'll feel a bit better each day but the first week it will go from one annoying symptom to another.
