Nah, we are part of LV
The good part.
I hated on Summerlin until I moved there. Now I wouldn’t want to live elsewhere in the valley.
Summerlin is kind of like Apple. You pay more for it, and it’s better in almost every way, and we are sort of snobby about it.
It’s even 3-5 degrees cooler up here compared to most of LV, which is nice in the summer. Surprisingly makes a difference.
If I didn’t live in Summerlin, I’d live in Henderson.
