The worst part of successfully losing weight
Is realizing that the muscle I thought I had was mostly just fat held in more aesthetic locations 🙁
I always thought I looked stronger than I actually was. Now I'm realizing its because those bigger muscles were more fat than muscle

Plus you typically lose muscle when you use calorie deficit to lose weight.
