Dang, I only eat around 120g/day and I think I need closer to 170g
Current weight is 195 but I want to lose around 20. Any tips to get that much protein while keeping calories low? I usually have 2 protein drinks per day, a serving of jerky, and a normal dinner of whatever my wife makes. I don't track most days but I follow the same routine and on days that I do track, it's a lot lower than the recommendations.
