In an overtime where we scored six points, I had two baskets and one assist to help win my coach's last home game after a long career at the same school. Two of my uncles played for him earlier in his tenure. Jumped 6'4" to break a long-time school record for the high jump (which stood for another long time). Had bit parts as both a cop and gambler in Guys and Dolls. Received a 4-Year Army ROTC scholarship.
