Once, and if, Obamacare (or its designed final single payer system)

is fully implemented and we are no better than Canada's system, my wife, a canadian-trained nurse who have previously chosen to remain in the US solely because of how she doesn't like the Canadian healthcare system, might just say: Let's go back to Canada. I wouldn't have any significant qualms moving at that point.
