Nick Howell is a good guy who was thrust into a situation for which he was unprepared. I feel bad for him... but not that bad because with D1 coordinating experience he will land somewhere better than he would have without his friendship with Bronco.

My dissatisfaction is directed at Bronco, who hired an inexperienced coordinator.

Obviously, Doman fits the same description, though I don't understand why he hasn't landed somewhere as a coach. His family business must be doing well.
