You were right.
Bartley's days at BYU may be limited. We saw a lot of him last night, and not a whole lot of encouraging things:
1) Great back-to-back steals in the beginning, although I think both were the result of poor passes
2) Big trouble handling the ball against pressure defense.
3) Horrible judgement on passes in general, with one really nice leading pass to Worthington on the break.
All in all - this guy isn't a PG. And I just don't see him playing much this year, if not at back-up PG.
