I agree, I just don't think a head coach has as much control over the team
as some here like to think. At least on average, they don't.
It's all about the players, particularly the QB, but the players make the team what it is.
That's why the same coaches don't win a NC every year. It plays a factor, but it isn't the biggest factor.
