If Bronco starts having losing seasons, really bad losses at home (like the loss Crowton had in 2004 to UNLV), loses the locker room, players start getting in serious trouble with the law off the field, etc. If those things start to happen then Bronco will likely be looking for another job. Otherwise don't expect Bronco to be on the hot seat or replaced at least until his contract is up. While he has made his share of mistakes and he isn't blameless for whats happened , he consistently gets BYU to a bowl game and runs a pretty clean program off the field. When BYU has had good to great QB play they have been successful and before Taysom went down they were 4-0. Let's hope Taysom can stay healthy and the team as a whole can stay reasonably healthy next season, that is our best chance at making some noise next season. I do hope Bronco will make some changes to the staff on defense but those hoping for Bronco to be replaced, its just not happening.
