THIS IS NOT A TRAVEL, TRUST ME. In bball your steps don't start to count
after your last dribble, your steps start to count after you pick up the ball. I can do a high dribble, take 10 stutter steps, before I control the ball again, and I would still have 2 steps to shoot or pass.

In the video the ball isn't visible, but they are counting the steps as if he has the ball in his hand, but he does not when you look at another angle
