since we can't really see it. It looks like the ball is at rest in his left hand (hand underneath the ball) before he gets the other hand over to it. So on his right foot. But since you cant see the ball you cant really tell for sure. If he never ends his dribble (left hand not under the ball) till both hands are on the ball then it's not a travel.
In years of watching film, trying to determine traveling in slow motion is almost impossible. Everything looks like travel in slow motion, at least with these type of situations.
One thing that they teach in refing camps and classes is "did it look strange". If it did then it was probably travel. This one looks a little strange but that may just be the slow motion.
