repeatedly made false allegations of discrimination and harrassment
it becomes tricky b/c it can look like we're retaliating against an employee for making complaints (whistleblower protection), but after repeated allegations and investigations that prove them false, it just becomes too much.

of course, it's almost impossible to fire a civil servant, especially a senior one like this, so it will probably drag on for a year or more before the firing is final. and given the tricky nature of this one, it's possible the firing will be overturned by the administrative judge and the person will be back at work.
