Took the company credit card and put his monthly expenses on it
He wasn't trying to sneak in an non-work related expense here and there. He was buying his groceries and putting all his expenses on the card.
He also took a couple "business" trips that no business was conducted. He then lied about how his meetings went.
Once the company had just cause to get rid of him, he contacted recruiters and ended up finding a job with a 50% higher salary in a lower cost of living market. He held onto that one for about 6 months. I never understood his mentality.
