I disagree on a couple of things

1. Jefferson is not a 'garbage player who gets stats but hurts his team overall'. Kanter maybe but while Jefferson has some definite deficiencies, he is a net positive player for the teams he's on.

2. Another young Jazz player that hasn't improved is Burks (by no fault of his own of course by getting injured for the year).
