Don't know that you could really say that Charlotte is that good. He's never been on a team in the top of their conference. I don't know if he hurts his team overall, but certainly doesn't help make them better than average.

Burks has been improving and was having a good year. Too bad he got hurt, would have been good to see him progress with the rest of the team this year.
