I have the 42 inch model. I love it.

As a general rule, plasma just looks so much better than LED/LCD. I tested out a lot of TVs in the size range I wanted and the one I got was by far the best.

I don't know anything about the sound -- it sounds fine to me, but I'm not too picky about that, so maybe it sucks and I just don't know it.
