Unless you can get a young all star in return than IMO the deal isn't worth it.

I think you keep all the young guys with the exeption of burke or Burks.

sign or draft a point guard that can be a solid backup and push Exum for the starter spot. Add a few vets to the roster. If the Jazz want to compete for a title they can't sell cheap on Exum. They need to hope he is a star and try to make him one. Trading for a "decent" pg using exum is not a smart deal.
