my wife had problems with her MacBook Air. The Apple Store claimed it was the
flash memory and quoted me a price to fix it. I wasn't sure they were right and I didn't want to pay the money if it wouldn't fix the problem. But Apple guaranteed that the computer would be fixed for that price. If I had additional problems when I got the computer back they would fix those problems without any additional charge.

I paid the money, got the computer back in a few days, and it's worked fine ever since.
