were the only ones I remember that ever were vicious in criticizing members of our team (& it wasn't all of them, mind you--just some very loud & hateful birds).

Furthermore, I don't think acknowledging a kid's immaturity--particularly concerning a time past--belies some kind of inner feelings towards someone that would need to be let go of.

Hopefully our program & fanbase--along with Jake--has grown the wiser from the whole crazy thing.
