I'm 99% sure that it moves us closer to the elite programs. Does it bridge the
gap and put on on the same level? No, our talent isn't at that level, and probably not some of our coaching. BUT, BUT BUT I do think it is a very positive move that helps us get closer to maximizing the talent we have, and from a recruiting standpoint will also help us as well. From a leadership and team commradery standpoint I think it helps as well.
So yeah, I do believe this is a big thing and that it helps us.
