I have said it before and I will say it again in the future . . .
My dad has taught me the best bit of advice when it comes to BYU Football which can also apply to all sporting events - Each time we walk away from a game he says,
"Sure is more fun when you win."
Whether we walk away from a win or a loss he says it. To him it is a game and that is all it is. He has no self worth attached to the success of BYU football. It used to bug me when he would say that because I hated to lose and thus hated losing through association. Through the years I have learned the true meaning of that phrase.
Good luck to Nashty if he chooses to find a team that "wins" more or "Tries to win" more or whatever. To each his own.
