To think the hippies in Arlington almost prevented 66 from even being built.
They pat themselves on the back for limiting that highway to 2 freaking lanes. Not to mention the fact that DC residents killed numerous proposed highways in and around the city. So many highways just end in random places and will never be completed. And they're proud of themselves for that.
