There are different levels of frustration re: traffic

I get the congestion caused by hordes of people trying to get to/from work. That I can tolerate.

What I can't tolerate is traffic caused by morons who have no business operating a motor vehicle. Feel free to interpret this as a diss/endorsement of Utah traffic.
