It wasn't the best thing to say, but ...

if I got taken to task for every dumb thing I said to wife, kids, coworkers, etc, nobody would ever listen to me anymore. Give the kid a break. He just played his worst game ever and he vented a little at whoever was in sight. His comment doesn't mean much to me.
