Putting BYU above Oregon is just wishful thinking. Oregon has way more resources that are at the ready to do whatever they need to. BYU simply does not have that. There are actually several teams in the pac12 that would make that list over BYU.

Expand it to 8 to 10 teams in the West and BYU may be on the list
