Further, weren't the fans booing the coaching staff more than the players? I don't know the answer to my question, because I wasn't there. But if the fans were booing the coaches it weakens your point since the coaches do get paid--more than almost any of us. I don't believe booing is good, but it's nothing more than people expressing frustration with either the product on the field or the decisions being made by coaches. Leaving early is equal and in is, in my opinion, equal to booing. The people who boo and stay, however, have hope that something will change--that's why they stay. Those who leave early believe nothing will change. So which is really the stronger criticism of the team/coaches by the fans?
