^^^This is pretty much the answer.
Something goes wrong and you won't even get the FG off. The fact we got chances to run a couple plays thereafter was a total bonus; can't possibly plan that stuff. You'd hope if you ran 1 more play you'd have a completion for a TD or at the sideline with enough time to get out. But take a sack and game over. It wasn't ideal but I'm glad they're at least thinking it through.

Yeah, we were. It was a 44 yarder. And he had easily just hit a 37 yarder earlier with plenty of leg to spare.

Kalani has been pretty darn good with time management this season. Nobody is perfect, particular first-year head coaches
