I don't like that excuse, but there seemed to be a pretty big fear from the staff that Taysom gave them a better chance to win with his athletic ability and questions at OL. Which doesn't make much sense to me either since he's been the most injury prone. I admit, Mangum does tend to hold onto the ball too long and needs to learn to get rid of it sooner, but it's not like last year's OL was that great either.
