I can relate, had a client go with another vendor yesterday...that isn't
a big deal, although we very rarely ever lose someone to price. The COO made the decision based upon a total sales spin of reality and went with what is considered the most expensive option in the industry, he got so caught up in the sales spin, he doesn't know what he is doing on the financial end. Oh well....I guess he was more worried about looking good on the operations side.
