As buyers they weren't too bad. But the Indian agent they hired was one of the worst agents I've ever dealt with. Dude never even saw the house. Couldn't be bothered to show it to them, bungled the key handoff, didn't follow his own contractual process from his standard contract(what, someone actually read it??) went for weeks with no communication....
