I don't get why BYU basketball is the only industry in America where fixing the problem doesn't include potentially replacing the person in charge.
Disclaimer - I am fully aware BYU will not fire Dave Rose,it doesn't do that to its public faces.
But why so many who have issues with the state of the program are looking for changes everywhere else but replacing the only constant in the WCC era?
To me it's so obvious this is a leadership, identity, roster management, execution issue but the answers are "wait another year", "get new assistants" are always the answer.
This will continue until it's so utterly obvious the program is stagnant that all parties have no choice but to part ways.
