Its an issue when you're talking GOAT status. You can't be GOAT it you aren't
Top-25 in any major statistical category, and you can't achieve those ranks without longetivity. Ergo ipso facto whatever-o, Bird is not GOAT and longevity is a critical factor in determining that.
