That is partially why I am amused by the OR shows antics because they basically won, the monuments a done deal. It may be rescinded, but even then I think that is a long shot as I don't believe Pres Trump cares one way or another about Federal land control.

If anything I hope he at least limits the scope of the monument designation to the most sensitive archaeological areas as that would likely be an acceptable compromise to Gov Herbert.
