You could be right, but you can't make too many assumptions based on reported
offers because you never really know what a recruit is reporting as an offer. For example, Cooper and Oblad could have had identical conversations with BYU, with Oblad interpreting his conversations as constituting an offer and Cooper not drawing that inference. That's just how it works when the schools can't really confirm or deny who has offers and who has "offers."
