Agreed. Each time we make a concerted effort to return to Utah...

the potential salary of jobs I interview for make it just not feasible. The pay cut I would take is not slight and the housing cost increase makes that cut even harder to swallow. I know many people do it and good for them for making it happen. I hope to someday find that job that will make coming back to Utah a reality.
