How bad is the recovery after having your tonsils removed?
My tonsils are enlarged. Have been for awhile.
I've had strep twice now in 3 months time. I can't remember the last time I had it before that.
It's affecting my ability to swallow normally.
How bad is the recovery? How long were you out of work?

My wife had hers out 3 weeks ago. Plan on not being able to eat for nearly 2 weeks and losing about 5lbs
