They're not going up without a war. Even with opec cutting, US shale producers
Are just filling the gaps. Oil rig counts have continued to go up since opec announced cuts.
For me, I don't care if oil goes up or down. I take either position to capitalize off it. But there really is no data to suggest oil prices will go on a sustainable run in the foreseeable future without a serious supply disruption.
