I found a guy at work/in my ward who has similar goals.
That has helped me to stay disciplined because I'm his ride to the gym. If I don't pick him up I'll hear about it all day at work i.e. "Could you help me figure this out or should I expect to wait all day in my office wondering if you're going to show up."
