Ask a number of guys who didn't have the greatest shots in the NBA but it worked. And/or 2nd, when they become full-time professional athletes with professional coaches, it's not unreasonable to think they just might be able to work on it. One of the best players in the NBA did.
I have a hard time believing many, if any, predictions about him being a bust are more about his basketball abilities than his dad.
