The Jazz minus Hayward and the Celtics plus Hayward creates a disparity

in talent. The Celtics get quite a bit better by adding Hayward. The Jazz stay the same by keeping Hayward. Having the #1 pick creates flexibility. The Celtics can keep it and watch Fultz grow and improve or trade him for a current all star. The Celtics path to contention is much easier than the Jazz. Does Hayward want to be an alpha and be a 3rd seed? Or does he want to play for a Championship?
