Agree. The contract is one sweet deal.
TX received $10.38M the first year; there's an annual escalator clause that makes this year's payment $13M+.
The contract stipulates that once ESPN recovers $285M in startup/operating costs, TX gets 70% of the profits.
I don't know if LHN will be profitable enough to recover those costs but regardless, over the 30 years of the contract, TX will receive $450M.
