I workout because I like it and it allows me to eat more. I wish that food
wasn't my main outlet to deal with stress, but with a wife and three kids I don't have a lot of time for other things. On days where I don't get my 30-45 minutes of exercise I go crazy and eat even worse. But if when I do get serious and stay on a reasonable diet the results are seen much quicker than with exercise.
