It wasn't a situation where Beo left voluntarily. Which is what most people consider being cut. Sure, he knew he had a high chance of being cut, but he still got cut. It would be different if the parting was mutual, but it wasn't. Just to be clear, I am not faulting Rose at all, I think he handled it correctly. Whether it is the right decision, only time will tell, but it is what it is.
