Explained to me is not necessarily what is subject to FOIA but if the phone is subpoenaed then I lose the phone and even if that's just for a short period that'd be quite a pain.
So, right now I only have a personal phone. If things get crazy busy I'll get a work phone, but right now there's nothing that can't wait a day or two.
