But, the rest are overrated and I wouldn't ever pay big money to eat seafood over a high quality steak. I have a hundred pounds of sock eye salmon in my freezer, fished from Alaska. It's great, I like it and everything and have had it fresh and know how to prepare it well. But, still not better than a good steak or even an above average one. Yet, its price/lb wouldn't be much lower than a filet mignon. Doesn't cost me anything so, I am happy to eat it. But, would never pay big money for pricey seafood when I can have a steak.
